My Coaching Mission

"To provide tailored coaching which  empowers riders, boosts horse and rider confidence and helps you to achieve your goals!"

I am a BDCC L2 qualified coach, fully insured, first aid and safe guarding trained. I regularly attend CPD to keep my knowledge up to date. 

 

I am happy to teach all ages and abilities including Para and youth. I particularly enjoy teaching youth riders in order to nurture their talent and enthusiasm. My lessons aim to Empower horse and rider through tailored coaching that uncovers their unique needs and guides them to their goals. This may be to get to the national champs, gain more confidence in their horse or pony or simply to have some fun!

 

I am able to provide feedback forms for private clients, outlining their session - including the session aims, what was achieved and continued development. Some riders find this helps to keep them accountable and stay on track!

 

I have regular involvement with local Pony Clubs and riding clubs, including The Cattistock Hunt PC, South Dorset PC and the East Mendip riding club amongst others. I am available for rallies, clinics and camps.

 

Alongside coaching, riding and competing I am currently training towards becoming a councillor. I am able to use these skills to provide compassionate and non-judgemental advise - as we all know life is multifaceted and often there are outside factors affecting our riding that may benefit from being addressed.
